Christian Anderson
Executive Director

Christian Anderson joined the Authority as its Executive Director in March 2022. Mr. Anderson’s previous experience includes municipal advisory, underwriting, and direct purchase services provided to municipalities throughout Idaho, including to several IHFA borrowers.

Jeanne K. Phillips
Associate Executive Director

Jeanne Phillips has worked in various capacities for the Authority since September 1998. She was appointed to the position of Associate Executive Director in August 2016.

Danielle Johns
Accounting Director

Danielle Johns joined the Authority in January 2020, bringing many years of medical administrative experience to her role as Accounting Director.
