Members of the Board
The Authority consists of seven members who are residents of the state and appointed by the Governor. Not more than four of the seven members shall be of the same political party. One of the members shall be or shall have been a trustee, director, comptroller or other employee of a public or not for profit hospital, knowledgeable in health care construction and financing.One member shall be a person experienced in and having a favorable reputation for skill, knowledge and experience in the field of health facility architecture. These members shall be appointed and serve for terms of five years and shall be eligible for reappointment. A member whose term has expired shall serve until either reappointed or a successor has been appointed.
Sean J. Coletti (Chairman)
Mr. Coletti, a resident of Ammon, Idaho, is a Partner in the law firm Hopkins Roden Crockett Hansen & Hoopes, PLLC, and he also serves as Mayor of the City of Ammon, Idaho. He was first appointed in November 2013, and his term as a member expires July 1, 2023.
B. J. Swanson (Vice-Chairman)
Ms. Swanson, a resident of Troy, Idaho, is a retired Vice President and Manager of AmericanWest Bank, retired Board Chair of Gritman Medical Center, and owns Principal Analytics, a business consulting and construction management firm. Ms. Swanson was elected as Latah County Treasurer and commenced her term on January 14, 2019. She was first appointed in October 2012, and her term as a member expires July 2, 2021.
Ruth L. Keeth
Ms. Keeth, a resident of Boise, Idaho, is a retired Senior Vice President and Manager of West One Bank Corporate Trust Department of Boise, Idaho. She was first appointed in January, 1992, and her term as member expires July 1, 2020.
Michael P. Wilson
Mr. Wilson, a resident of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, is a Self-employed Business Consultant. He was first appointed in June, 1998, and his term as a member expires July 1, 2023.
John "Rick" Katovich, MD.
Dr. Katovich, a resident of Harrison, Idaho, is a physician specialized in Family Practice in St. Maries, Idaho. He was first appointed in February, 2000, and his term as a member expires July 1, 2019.
Mr. Katsilometes, a resident of Boise, Idaho, is a Commissioner of the Idaho State Tax Commission. He was first appointed in February 2000 and his term as a member expires July 1, 2019.
Thomas M. Zabala
Mr. Zabala, a resident of Boise, Idaho, is a principal and founding partner in the firm of ZGA Architects and Planners, Chartered, and now retired. He was first appointed in April, 2006, and his term as a member expires July 1, 2022.
